I write this report with considerable pride as we were able to reach a record 4950 number of children in 2024.
Our team of Neil, Max and Michael have worked brilliantly this year in developing and delivering our programmes and we continue to strive to get better each year.
It is clear that the challenges facing our children continue to grow and we feel a strong sense of duty to work with partners, sponsors and other organisations to ensure we give them all the best chance to be successful in their lives.
We are currently working on some new projects designed to support children to develop a love of sport and countryside education so watch out for 2025.
The Trust’s dream of developing our new facility continues to move forward. We are busily raising more funds and have given the builders the go ahead to build the new pavilion at Knipton. Seeing this raise out ofthe ground is an extremely exciting time.
All being well it is amazing to think we might be able to move in for the start of the 2026 season.
We have some wonderful supporters who will be mentioned elsewhere in our review as well as our hardworking Trustees and our tireless team and it is a huge thank you to all of them for the support that they give me it really is a team effort.
As with all charities fundraising is a challenge but with your support the future looks bright for us but also for our children and it is them that are central to all we do.
Roll on next year but well done for 2024.
