The programme is aimed at giving children from mainstream primary and special schools the opportunity to visit the Estate and take part in cricket coaching sessions and countryside education.
The children learn from professional cricket coaches and meet the farmer, gamekeeper, the hounds, fly birds of prey and take part in fishing, archery, orienteering and Army team building exercises.
2023 Outcomes
- 25 primary schools from Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire visited the Estate
- 1,639 children and over 114 school staff attended 20 days
- 31 volunteers assisted on the days
